The alleged killer, who is on the run from police, is accused of stabbing his 54-year-old mum and 89-year-old grandfather, in an apartment in Russia.
The 29-year-old reportedly dismembered his relatives and stuffed their body parts into a plastic bag before fleeing the scene.
Police found his grandfather's feet at the apartment, but the alleged murderer took some body parts with him in a plastic bag.
Not long after the killing, he was captured on CCTV casually walking towards a car park while holding a plastic carrier bag full of body parts.
The alleged killer is now being hunted by police in Moscow.
A police source said: "A man supposedly with a mental illness is wanted for double murder with dismemberment of bodies."
The brutal murder occurred overnight in an apartment block on Rimskogo-Korsakova Street, in the northeastern part of Moscow.
The remains of the relatives found at the apartment were loaded into body bags and taken to a morgue.
Yulia Ivanova, of the Moscow Investigative Committee, said: "At night the man stabbed his grandfather and mother many times, cut off feet of his grandfather, and left them in the flat, then escaped."
It is unknown what body parts the man reportedly took with him.
