Gospel Of Judas Censored By Mainstream Christianity Because It Rewrites History

We all know about the story of Judas Iscariot, the man who purportedly betrayed Jesus with a kiss to the cheek that resulted in him ultimately being tortured and crucified. But how many people know there is an authentic ancient Gospel of Judas that has been censored and suppressed because it claims Judas and Jesus were actually working together for a hidden purpose?

Judas Iscariot is, without any doubt, one of the most hated and famous villains of all time. The official Bible claims that he was once a disciple of Jesus Christ but then betrayed him mercilessly for material wealth. But what if I was to tell you that there is an ancient text, that has proven to be authentic, that recounts secret conversations between Jesus and Judas in which they actually planned for Judas to “betray” Jesus because Judas was actually one of Jesus’ most advanced followers?

Known as a Gnostic gospel, which was a sect of Christianity (some would say the earliest Christians and followers of Jesus) that believed knowledge and self education were the path to enlightenment and spiritual ascendancy, as opposed to the mainstream Christian belief that obedience to the Roman Catholic Church was the way.

What makes Gnostic teachings so controversial is that they believe the old testament god is an impostor and actually evil. They believe he fooled mankind into worshiping him and has largely manipulated history in this sense. They also believe that Jesus is not the one true God, but a representative of the higher spiritual realm who was sent to Earth with the intention of helping to wake people up and enlighten them about these hidden truths.

Although there are more than 50 ancient texts that are believed to of been deliberately censored out of the official Bible by the Roman empire through the council of Nicaea in the 4th century, this one in particular is thought to have been composed in the second century in the ancient Coptic language and has been carbon dated to approximately AD 280. The document though, is believed to of been derived from an older Greek source but is authentic either way.

The Gospel of Judas is comprised of 16 chapters which document Jesus’s teaching about spirituality and cosmology which Judas grasped better than Jesus’ other students. The ancient text is basically Jesus teaching Judas about the deeper meaning of life, which is that the invisible spiritual realm is the higher reality and the physical one is largely an illusion. It explains how, over time, humans came to believe more in the physical world than the spiritual one which has culminated in separation from the highest God.
