There’s not much to this story so far, but what we have is pretty interesting. A video taken on March 6, 2015, shows what appears to be a humanoid flying over the city of Puerto Maldonado in southeastern Peru.
The video was posted on the Internet on March 15 by Dr. Anthony Choy, a ufologist, investigative journalist, National Coordinator of the Peruvian Association of Ufology (APU), radio producer and host of the radio program “Viaje a Otra Dimension” (Journey to Other Dimension). Dr. Choy has been influential in pressuring the Peruvian government to release its secret files on UFOs.
The video is attributed to radio and television producer Cesar Rodriguez. According to Dr. Choy, Rodriguez witnessed the flying humanoid for five minutes before it flew into the clouds. He could make out all of the humanoid’s body parts as it flew around over the city. Dr. Choy says the video is one of a series of Peruvian humanoid and UFO sightings he’s been researching since 2010.
The big dirigible-shaped craft was flying horizontally and fairly low in the sky, passing from right to left from the observers position. It was leaving a dense trail of thick smoke, vapor, or substance on its wake. The object was estimated to be over a hundred feet long.
Another witness, agricultural engineer Senior Pedro Bardi, said the radio went out when the UFO appeared. He estimated its altitude at 100 meters and its speed at a swift 1117 miles per hour. He also said the object was round and the saucer shape in the photo may have been due to its speed.
Is the 2015 flying humanoid related to that 1952 UFO? Probably not, but it does point out that Puerto Maldonado is attractive to UFOs. Let’s hope Dr. Choy finds additional witnesses and videos to add to his collection and shed some more light on this unusual flying humanoid sighting.
