A Virginia Beach mother says she is concerned for her son and believes that he may be possessed by the ghost of a Marine that died in a terrorist attack.
Michelle Lucas says her four-year-old son Andrew constantly talks about the life and death of Marine Sergeant Val S. Lewis who was killed in a 1983 terrorist attack in Lebanon.
“He just starts crying hysterically and I say, ‘What’s wrong Andrew,’ and he says ‘Why did you let me die in that fire?’”
Lucas says she has no idea why her son would know about Lewis’ story and can’t explain his strange behavior in any way other than that the Marine’s ghost has possessed him.
“Scared me, scared me— I didn’t know if there was a spirit coming out of him,” said Lucas. “I didn’t know if there was a spirit coming out of him.”
The Daily Mail reports that Lewis was one of 241 service members killed in a Beirut, Lebanon terrorist attack in 1983.
